A different concept of Riad being outside the La Medina. It has a nice pool and large gardens. There is a lot more space than a Medina Riad. To be added is the relax atmosphere that invades the place. (JMG 08/08) Exterior: The exterior looks like big Moroccan house with nice gardens. Lobby: There is not lobby itself being a riad but an area where is the reception.

: The rooms are nicely decorated with Moroccan furniture and warm colours. They are medium size as well as the bathrooms. Rooms do provide Satelite Tv. All rooms are non smoking.
Restaurant: There is an exterior restaurant in the garden as well as some rooms where to have the Moroccan specialities. Smoking is not allowed in the restaurant.
Cancel Policy:
Cancellations made between 3 months and 1 week of arrival forfeit $25. Cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours of arrival forfeit $50. Cancellations within 72 hours of the arrival date will forfeit 1 nights room and tax. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the check-in date, no-shows, or early check outs.

This Riad is in the outskirts of Marrakech, in the road to Agadir. It will take around 20 minutes by car to arrived to La Medina of Marrakech. The area is relax out of the noise of Marrakech traffic. Directions; From the airport or the city centre: take Avenue Mohamed 6 towards Agadir. After the train station there is the supermarket called "Marjane route d'Agadir" on the right. Just after it, turn on right. There is an indication with SOUIHLA on the left hand side. Please follow the indications. The Riad can also happily arrange a private transfers for the guest - as a private agreement between the Riad & the guest directly, the room provider agency is not responsible of the service- , if it's called 24hours before arrival.
